If you did not make a purchase from us and/or don't recognize a charge from Fem Curves we will need you to contact us immediately so that we can look into this matter and get it resolved!

- Your email address
- Your full name
- Date of transaction/order placed
- The last 4 digits of the credit card used to make this transaction
- Total amount charged
