You have 30 days from the date of your order to return your item.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fem Curves gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the pre-paid return label option in our Returns Portal below!

How long does shipping take?

We are sorry to hear that! Shipping couriers may scan a package as delivered before it actually arrives. We always recommend waiting up to 5 business days before contacting us, to verify this isn't the case.
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after being marked as delivered, please send us an email.

Package shows as delivered but I never received it

An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:
An address is invalid or there is missing information,
The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit when we receive the package in the form of a gift card minus the initial shipping charge and $2 restocking fee.

Why was my order returned to sender or refused?
