Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! The returns portal is open to all customers.

You have 30 days from the date of your order to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fem Curves gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, include your order number in your return!

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

• We must receive the return within 30 days from the date of purchase. If received after 30 days, the product will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense. Store credit never expires.
• Your store credit cannot be used with any other discounts.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
• Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
• We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, have removed tags, or do not meet the above criteria.
• Products marked Final Sale or Clearance Sale cannot be returned.
• International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
